1．Urologic Oncology Clinic：Provides comprehensive diagnostic and surgical management for common urological cancers (prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers), advanced surgical resections for castration-resistant prostate cancer, and complex primary/recurrent retroperitoneal tumors (e.g., retroperitoneal liposarcoma, leiomyosarcoma).

2．Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) Clinic：Specializes in lower urinary tract symptoms and BPH in aging men, particularly those with underlying cardiac, respiratory, or cerebrovascular comorbidities.

Catheter Dependency Management: We frequently consult and treat patients who have been kept on long-term indwelling catheters due to age or surgical risks elsewhere
Advanced Surgical Options: We offer tailored surgical interventions including CVP (CVP / Contact Laser Vaporization), TURP (Transurethral Resection of the Prostate), and HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate)—even for patients taking anti-platelet / anticoagulant medications ("blood thinners")

Urologic Oncology & Tumors

Adrenal Tumors (Pheochromocytoma, Primary Aldosteronism): Laparoscopic and open adrenalectomy.
Prostate Cancer: Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), androgen deprivation/endocrine therapy, and systemic chemotherapy.
Renal Pelvis & Ureteral Cancer: Laparoscopic and open radical nephroureterectomy, systemic chemotherapy.
Bladder Cancer: Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor (TURBT), laparoscopic and open radical cystectomy, urinary diversion (ileal conduit, ileal neobladder, cutaneous ureterostomy), combined intra-arterial chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and systemic chemotherapy.
Kidney Cancer (Renal Cell Carcinoma): Laparoscopic and open radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy (zero-ischemia technique), interferon/interleukin immunotherapy, renal artery embolization, and targeted molecular therapies.
