Nephrology & Hypertension
What we do
Formally renamed in April 2006 to reflect our expanded focus on hypertensive disorders, the Department of Nephrology & Hypertension operates as an integral component of the Kidney Center (comprising Nephrology & Hypertension, the Dialysis Center, the Dedicated Renal Ward, and Kidney Transplantation).
Accredited by the Japan Society of Nephrology, the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy, the Japanese Society of Hypertension, and the Japanese Society for Apheresis, our medical team—including board-certified specialists and instructors—provides seamless, integrated medical and surgical kidney care across South Boso and Chiba Prefecture.
