Department of Reproductive Medicine (ART Center)

What we do

At our Fertility Center, we are dedicated to helping couples fulfill their dreams of building a family. In addition to high-quality Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), we provide comprehensive diagnostic care, holistic mental support, adolescent/menstrual care clinics, and specialized Male Infertility Services.

We also actively offer Fertility Preservation for young cancer patients (Oncofertility) and collaborate with local governments to promote preconception health awareness among younger generations.

Key Areas of Care & Educational Resources

1. What is Infertility?
If a couple of childbearing age actively trying to conceive without contraception does not achieve pregnancy within one year, it is defined as infertility. Understanding your fertility timeline early can open up clearer paths to parenthood.

2. Cancer & Reproductive Medicine (Oncofertility)
Receiving a cancer or autoimmune disease diagnosis can be overwhelming, leaving little room to contemplate future family planning. However, because certain life-saving treatments (such as chemotherapy or radiation) can impact future fertility, fertility preservation should be evaluated prior to initiating cancer treatment.

3. Understanding Eggs, Sperm & Fertilization
Fertilization occurs when an egg and a sperm meet. In IVF, sperm insertion is achieved through either conventional insemination or Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). The biological sex of the embryo is determined at the precise moment of fertilization depending on the sperm.

Dedicated Male Infertility Outpatient Services: Male factors contribute to approximately half of all infertility cases. We offer comprehensive diagnostic workups and advanced surgical interventions for male factor infertility.
