What we do

Our Department of Anesthesiology manages all surgical anesthesia cases within the hospital’s Central Operating Theater, including complex cardiovascular surgeries. Operating on a large scale, we perform approximately 8,500 surgeries under anesthesiologist management each year.

We proudly provide care not only to patients from the local Boso region but also to individuals traveling from Tokyo and across Japan.

Our dedicated team places the utmost importance on patient safety. We were among the first medical centers in Japan to establish a dedicated Acute Pain Service (APS), actively specializing in advanced postoperative pain management. We remain committed to ensuring that every patient experiences a safe, pain-controlled, and comfortable perioperative journey.
