Insurance & Payment Categories

Self-Pay & Private Insurance	For patients paying out-of-pocket or using overseas/private insurance. All prior confirmations and guidance are handled via email by the International Desk. Your First Visit

On the day of your visit, please bring your Japanese National Health Insurance Card or any other form of public certificate and insurance you may have. You will also need a photo I.D.

• Patients are called in order of arrival within their time frame. However, this may change due to medical tests and results of other procedures. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
• Please arrive earlier than your designated time if examinations are scheduled.
