Outpatient Guide for Self-Pay International Patients
Welcome to Kameda Medical Center. This guide explains the outpatient flow for self-pay international patients. Our International Department staff will provide a smooth and reassuring medical experience, from initial inquiries and cost estimates to personalized support on the day of your visit.

Outpatient Flow
| STEP1 | Inquiry and Consultation First, please contact the International Department with details of your symptoms or referral letter. Our coordinators will review the information to confirm if we can provide the appropriate medical care for your needs. |
| STEP2 | Cost Estimate and Reservation Once the medical details are confirmed, we will provide an estimated cost for your outpatient visit and treatment as a self-pay patient. After you review and agree to the costs, we will proceed with booking your appointment and arranging necessary interpretation services. |
| STEP3 | Day of Visit Upon arrival, please visit the International Lounge. Our dedicated staff will assist you with hospital registration and guide you to the appropriate clinical department. We will also provide interpretation support during your consultation with the doctor. Please remember to bring your passport, relevant medical records, imaging data (CD/DVD), and a referral letter if you have one. |
| STEP4 | Payment and Medication After your consultation and any necessary tests are completed, our staff will guide you to the payment counter. Self-pay patients are required to pay on the day of their visit. In addition to Japanese Yen (cash) and major credit cards, we have introduced DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) online payment, which allows you to pay in your home currency and enables family members in your home country to pay on your behalf.
