3-Day Course of Heart Checkup and Coronary Artery Treatment (CAG & PCI)
3-Day Course of Heart Checkup and Coronary Artery Treatment (CAG & PCI)
This is a comprehensive heart assessment to evaluate coronary artery disease (angina), as well as heart function, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and arrhythmia. If your coronary CT scan shows any suspicious lesion in your coronary artery, we will perform detailed evaluations by catheterization (coronary angiography: CAG) and treatment (percutaneous coronary intervention: PCI).
If your coronary CT scan shows normal coronary artery without the necessity of CAG & PCI, this 3-day course will be switched to a 2-day course of heart checkup.

Who to take this course?
Anyone who would like to check heart disease. Anyone who has chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitation while moving. This course is especially good for anyone who worries about coronary artery disease (angina) or at risk of angina due to diabetes (high blood sugar), high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, smoking, or obesity. We have a comprehensive evaluation of your coronary artery and subsequent treatment.
What is unique about this course?
This course is comprehensive evaluation and treatment of your coronary artery disease. Our highly specialized cardiologists (interventionists) will care for your disease. You will have CAG and PCI from your wrist instead of your groin, so you don't have to suffer from long bedrest time after catheterization. During PCI, we can use a detailed coronary artery imaging evaluation device (IVUS or OCT), and can treat your artery with the latest laser, lithotripsy, and atherectomy system if your artery is heavily calcified.
Notice
If your kidney function by blood test is not satisfactory for contrast usage, CT scan with contrast will be cancelled, and package contents will be discussed with the cardiology specialist.
