At Kameda Medical Center, we understand that having family nearby is crucial for our patients' well-being. Our International Patient Services team is dedicated to supporting not only the patients but also their accompanying family members to ensure a comfortable, stress-free stay.
1. Visitation Rules & Supporter Card
K Tower Supporter Card
24-hour visitation is allowed in K Tower using the Supporter Card. This card is strictly issued for 2 designated people chosen at the time of application and cannot be swapped later.
General Visitation Rules
- Masks: Masks are required at all times inside the hospital.
- Visitor Limit: A maximum of 3 visitors are allowed in the room at a time.
- Visiting Time: Non-family visits should be kept to about 30 minutes.
- Night Entry: Between 21:00 and 7:30, please enter through the Disaster Prevention Center / Night Entrance.
2. Family Support: Accommodation & Meals
Our International Patient Services team is here to help you navigate your time in Kamogawa. We want to ensure that family members are well-rested and cared for while supporting their loved ones.
- Accommodation: We can assist with arranging accommodations, whether in nearby partner hotels, guesthouses, or on-site lodging facilities (subject to availability). For certain private and suite rooms, overnight stays for companions are permitted.
- Meals & Dining: Our campus offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store (details below). We can also provide recommendations for local eateries or assist with specific dietary and religious requirements (e.g., Halal, vegetarian).
- Daily Needs: If you need help finding specific items, navigating public transport, or communicating with local services, please do not hesitate to contact our international staff.
3. Hospital Facilities & Services
A wide range of services is available on campus to make your stay more comfortable. Business hours are subject to change — please confirm with staff or the latest in-room notices.
