Advance Fee

We will require you to submit medical information in advance and judge whether we are able to provide the requested medical care or not at our hospital.
We can only accept the medical information in English, Chinese, or Japanese.

The advance fee is 55,000 yen and should be paid by remittance in advance.
In case of acceptance, we will inform you of your appointment date and the physician in charge.
In case that it is difficult or not possible to accept you, we will tell you the reason simply.

Appointment Charges

550 yen will be charged as an appointment fee if patients consult physicians within 30 minutes from the scheduled time. (550 yen per department)

Examples

(1) An appointment fee of 550 yen will be charged if you consult your physician within 30 minutes from the designated time.
(e.g.1) If your scheduled time was 9:00, and your consultation started at 9:15; an appointment fee of 550 yen will be charged.
(e.g.2) If your scheduled time was 9:00, and your consultation started at 9:31; we will not charge an appointment fee in this case.
This is an incentive to have you seen on time or within 30 minutes.

(2) If you check-in later than the scheduled time, and you can consult a physician within 30 minutes after your arrival; an appointment fee will be charged as we regard your arrival time as the designated one. As late arrivals may prolong patients’ waiting time, we highly appreciate your punctuality.
(e.g.) If your scheduled time was 9:00 but you arrive at 9:15, your designated time is 9:15.

(3) Even if the schedule is fully booked, hastening your turn on the waiting list results same as(2).

(4) All cases except for Case Examples (1), (2), and (3) above, would be cases without an appointment. Without an appointment, your waiting time may be longer than patients with appointments. No appointment fee would be charged in this case.
