If you would like to discuss your concerns about your condition, hospitalization, and daily life after being discharged from the hospital, please consult our medical, nursing care, and social welfare specialist team (our team includes social workers, care managers, and nurses).
We specialize in the following fields:
- Concerns regarding nursing care and daily life after being discharged
- Concerns about your future, living with your condition or injuries
- Facilities and/or hospitals you can use

Patient Support service “Customer contact center” service available only Japanese
To increase patient satisfaction, “Customer contact center” was dedicated to deal with any concerns or complaints patients experienced during their visit to Kameda Medical Center. If you or your family member experienced any dissatisfaction or have any suggestions, please consult us. Our goal is to regain your trust and work together to solve any problems that may occur during your visit.
All information will be kept confidential. We also ensure no retaliation will be brought upon patients and their families.
