JCI (Joint Commission International)
In August of 2009, Kameda underwent a successful accreditation by Joint Commission International (JCI) and became the first hospital in Japan to be accredited by this global standard and maintains accreditation.
ISO9001 (International Organization for Standardization)
In March 2000, the British Standards Institute (BSI) granted ISO9001 certification to Kameda Medical Center.
ISO 15189 accreditation
In 2019 our Clinical Laboratory achieved ISO 15189 accreditation granted by the Japan Accreditation Board (JAB).
Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals
Kameda Medical Center has been listed in Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals as a top organization since 2019. In 2024, we were ranked 45th out of 250 organizations worldwide, and 3rd out of 200 organizations in Japan.
