国際化の進む東京の中心で受診者さまの様々なニーズに対応すべく、2017年5月より国際連携室を設置いたしました。
主なサービスとして、海外から受診をご希望される邦人や外国人の方のご相談や対応を行っています。また、日本に一時滞在されている外国人旅行者や日本在住の外国人受診者さまの積極的な支援も行っています。
円滑で安全な医療を提供するため、必要に応じ、日本語・英語・中国語対応の可能な国際連携室スタッフがサポートいたしますのでお気軽に国際連携室までご相談ください。
International Patient Service Department: About Us
Following Japan’s rapid globalization, Kameda Kyobashi Clinic in central TOKYO JAPAN has been facing various needs of patients with their various backgrounds, therefore, We have established the International Patient Service Department(IPSD) in March 2017.
We, IPSD has been providing our services to meet the needs of foreigners and Japanese who live in Japan and even live in foreign countries.
To provide our smooth medical service and trustful safe environment for you, our Japanese-English-Chinese speaking staffs assist your visit as needed. Please contact us for any of your concerns and questions.
根据统计结果，2018年度访日中国旅行者超过800万人，2018年6月底在日中国人达到74万人，将近占访日和在日外国人的30%。中国人在日本医疗机构就诊的需要越来越多。但是因为中国和日本语言与文化背景不同，医患之间沟通仍然存在问题。为了减少在异国他乡就医时产生的心理负担，提高效率和便捷性，龟田京桥门诊部从2020年3月份开始为旅游者、在日留学和工作人员、以及就诊时和日本医生交流困难者新开设了中国人门诊。担当医生具有日本内科学会和日本风湿病学会认证的专科医生资格，根据患者的症状来判断需要的检查项目，为患者提供临床诊断和有效的治疗方法。
