If you have Japanese Health Insurance, please bring it with you for your first visit.

Private Insurance

Not all plans within the companies listed are considered participating. Always check with your health plan to confirm that Kameda Kyobashi cilinc is included.

Cigna members may be eligible for direct visits without upfront payment, depending on their employer. For those not covered for direct billing, full payment is required at the counter, and you will need to file a claim on your own.

For users in Guam (○○), please initiate contact with your insurance company first. Bookings and visits will be arranged through the insurance company

Uninsurance (Self-Pay)

If you do not have insurance coverage, please make full payment at the counter.
